Be has been a complementary therapist since 2002. She supports and guides men and women to understand their minds and bodies on a deeply profound level, discover the possible reasons for dis-ease, discomfort and pain, and then uses the bodies internal rebuilding mechanisms, amongst other techniques, to empower, energise and repair.

Be comes from family from a medical background her Dad, a former GP, her mum a former nurse and her brother a GP.  Be’s Dad inspired her to realise we have the ability to use our minds to have a positive effect on our body when he recounted stories of using hypnotherapy with patients. As a child Be discovered she had a natural ability to intuit other people's dilemmas helping them find their way through their struggles and life’s trauma’s.   Be then went on to study in great depth the following qualifications:

  • Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage ITEC Diploma
  • Certified Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and NLP
  • Certified Practitioner of NLP Life Coaching
  • Past Life Regression Therapist Levels 1 and 2
  • Nutritional Therapy Health Sciences Diploma
  • Past Life Regression Healing Therapy Levels 1 and 2

Be’s passion is to guide men and women to get better in mind and body using various techniques that support a healthy way of thinking and being. Be teaches them to access their own parasympathetic nervous system, identify what their body or mind needs for balance, enabling the body and cells to realign. For example letting go of a particular emotion or memory that has been blocking their success and thereafter feeling a sense of freedom, release and relief. Be offers ongoing support and tailored packages for those who know they’d like more long-term help alongside one off sessions as and when something ‘comes up’.

Be’s support and wellbeing advice has assisted previous clients suffering from:

anger issues, anxiety, arthritic pain, back ache, body pains, cancer, challenging past experiences, colitis, depression, feeling lost and low, fibromyalgia, glandular issues, inexplainable body pains, low self esteem, low confidence, M.E, muscle pain, neck tension, physical trauma, post surgery recovery, sexual abuse, shoulder pain, stress, tennis elbow, torn ligaments.

Be’s other passion in life is making uplifting music to dance to with a loop station using a variety of music techniques such as beat boxing, singing, harmonising, rapping, overtone chanting and comedy. Her character “Bebox” is fun, happy and content within herself and loves wearing striped clothes to make people smile.  Bebox sings about her experiences to get the message across that it’s OK to be who you are and that things can change for the better. Be is also currently ranked second in the UK women’s beatboxing scene and takes part in the yearly UK Beatbox Championships, which are broadcast live on youtube.
